More About The Session
Since this is all energy, and energy travels almost instantaneously, Emotion Code sessions are available virtually! Sessions are 30 minutes long and I do them over the phone. To get the most out of your session, I recommend drinking lots of water beforehand, having a pen and paper available to take notes and sitting in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Before our session you should think about 2-3 things that you would like to focus on. This can be career blocks, emotional or physical pain, relationship issues, etc. We will talk for a little bit about what's going on for you and then start releasing the trapped emotions. After a session, clients often feel lighter, less triggered, and happier. Everyone goes through 1-3 days processing and occasionally fatigue, feeling "wired" or irritability may be experienced. I suggest extra self-care to help the body process. This could be getting extra sleep, drinking more water, taking a walk outside, physical movement, epsom salt bath and/or meditation.
