Emotional energy can become stuck in the body when we are overwhelmed or traumatized, when our defenses are down, or when we are unable to fully process emotions. The method works by using muscle testing to identify emotional baggage and release the unexpressed emotions in the body causing pain or energy blocks.

The Emotion Code™ is a method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson to get rid of trapped emotions that get stuck in our bodies. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal physically, and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much easier to deal with. He also later discovered the Heart Wall – a barrier that four out of five of us have created to protect our hearts from hurt, betrayal, abandonment and more. Releasing trapped emotions around the heart wall opens us up to greater vulnerability, self-expression, connection, intimacy and true love.
Once a trapped emotion is identified and released, you will begin to feel lighter, less reactive, and happier in any given situation.
Trapped emotions are literally balls of energy vibrating at different frequencies, created by emotions we experienced but did not fully process. Trapped emotions can cause depression or anxiety; they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even disease. Using muscle testing, we can identify which emotions are causing a disturbance related to what you are experiencing and release them.

Since this is all energy, and energy travels almost instantaneously, Emotion Code sessions are available virtually! Sessions are 30 minutes long and I do them over the phone. We will talk for a little bit about what's going on for you and then start releasing the trapped emotions. After a session, clients often feel lighter, less triggered, and happier. Everyone goes through 1-3 days processing and occasionally fatigue, feeling "wired" or irritability may be experienced. I suggest extra self-care to help the body process. This could be getting extra sleep, drinking more water, taking a walk outside, physical movement, epsom salt bath and/or meditation.
